Circomedia in Bristol is a long standing regular customer to Enlightened. With many years of hire, sales and support, they knew just who to continue talking to when awarded finance to develop and enhance their venue.

As direct dealers and distributors for the all the industry standard manufactures, Enlightened were able to offer honest and reliable advice on a broad range of equipment and options.

What will be most visible to residents and visitors to Bristol will be the effect from over 50m of Anolis Arcline Optic LED Battens, both indoor and outdoor IP rated battens this will transform the tower of the church. All of the existing and new LED fixtures are to be controlled by a Nicolaudi Sunlite STICK. This phase of the project has taken a while to come to fruition but will certainly highlight the landmark in St Pauls when fully installed.

The generic lantern rig available inside has seen great improvement with the addition of

• 10 x ETC Source 4 Zooms,
• 6 x ETC Source Four Junior Zooms and
• 10 x 1.2KW Selecon Philips Rama PC’s

With all this additional equipment the dimming was also in need of refurbishment. This has been achieved with the supply of 4 x Zero88 Betapack3 dimmers along with an Avolites Art2000t tour rack. This is a 48 way, fully patchable touring dimmer rack which is configured with 36 ways of dimming with 12 ways of hot power.

Not content with just improving the generics, there was also scope within the budget to add some moving light fixtures to the permanent rig. Enlightened was more than happy to supply Robe Robin fixtures. Safe in the knowledge gained from operating a hire stock of Robe, that they are very reliable and offer a brilliant level of performance. Now installed are 4x Robe Robin LEDWash 600’s, 2x LEDWash 300’s and 2x Robin 300e Spots, along with sixteen Studio Due Archiled 150’s.

Continuing to improve the infrastructure of the building, Enlightened is also supporting with full permanent installation services. With the addition of an Induction Loop, Show Relay, Paging and FOH Foyer PA System, the venue now has the ability to operate with an even higher level of professionalism, which matches the quality of performances staged.
