Fielden Clegg Bradley Studios
Enlightened Lighting were approached to provide technical services in Baths' Assembly Rooms, a Grade 1 Listed building at the heart of a World Heritage Site for a Party. This is not too uncommon. The twist to this party was that it was to be themed in a 1980's Punk style.

With the need to transform the building in such style and with budget being squeezed, careful thought and planning went into the lighting design.
Using Studio Due ArchiLED 150's as powerful uplights around the room was 1st on the list to allow full colour control of the walls, from floor to ceiling.
With an 'Office Band' scheduled to play on the stage, this was obviously going to be the focus of the room. Enlightened used spans of M290V Milos Truss raised on Doughty Strata wind up stands.
A white cyclorama was used across the back of the stage as a backdrop, allowing colour to be washed across it in addition to be used as a projection surface with period images being projected from a sanyo XP56 with a 0.8:1 lens due to the short throw distance.
The stage lighting was a mix of classic and modern, using 6 and 4 lamp IWB Parcan bars, along side the latest smallest moving lights from Robe.
The entrance foyer was topped off with a number of silk flame effects units.
“Just wanted to write to say a big thank you to you and the Enlightened Lighting team for our wonderful party on Saturday. The service you provided was exceptional, especially baring in mind the constant changed we made over the last few months. The feedback so far has been amazing. Everyone enjoyed the mix of classical and punk and the professional look of the event. Perfect service from Enlightened Lighting.
We had a ball, thanks again.
